Back in early 2019, we started with a simple idea: technical support shouldn't feel like talking to a wall. Six years later, we're still here—solving problems, answering calls, and keeping systems running for businesses across Thailand.

How We Got Here

It wasn't some grand master plan. We saw businesses struggling with tech issues that could've been fixed in minutes—but weren't. So we did something about it.

March 2019

Started Small, Stayed Local

Just two of us in a shared office space in Si Racha. We took calls, fixed what we could remotely, and drove out when we needed to. Word spread faster than we expected—mostly because we actually showed up when we said we would.

August 2020

Pandemic Hit, Everything Changed

Suddenly everyone needed remote support. We shifted everything online overnight. Built out our remote tools, trained the team on video diagnostics, and learned to troubleshoot without being in the room. Tough year, but it made us better at what we do.

January 2022

Expanded the Team

Brought on four more technicians and a proper project manager. Started handling bigger clients with multiple locations. We had to get organized fast—but we kept the same approach: be helpful, be clear, don't overcomplicate things.

November 2024

New Office, Same Philosophy

Moved to a bigger space near the city center. Added 24/7 monitoring services and a dedicated helpdesk line. We've grown, but we still operate like a small team—everyone knows the clients, and nothing falls through the cracks.

We support over 80 businesses now. Some have been with us since year one. Technology keeps changing, which means we keep learning. That's the part we actually enjoy—figuring out new problems and finding solutions that work.

We Fix It and Follow Up

Whether it's remote or on-site, we handle it. Once it's resolved, we check back in a day or two to make sure everything's still working. If something feels off, that's when we catch it.
