Technical Training Programs Starting June 2025

We're opening enrollment for hands-on IT support courses designed around real support scenarios. These aren't theory-heavy lectures. You'll work through actual helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot common system issues, and practice the kind of problem-solving you'd face in a real tech support role.

Our approach comes from years of running technical support operations in Thailand. We know what skills matter when someone's computer won't boot or a network goes down at 3pm on a Friday.

Early registration opens March 15, 2025. Classes begin June 2025 with morning and evening sessions available. Each program runs 12-16 weeks depending on the track you choose.

Available Training Tracks

We've built three focused programs based on the most common paths into technical support work. Pick the one that matches where you want to go.

How Enrollment Works

We keep class sizes small because technical training works better when instructors can actually help each student troubleshoot their specific issues. That means we fill up quickly once registration opens.

Most of our students work full-time, which is why we offer both morning and evening tracks. The evening sessions run Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30pm to 9pm. Morning sessions are Monday and Wednesday, 9am to 11:30am.
