Technical Training Programs Starting June 2025
We're opening enrollment for hands-on IT support courses designed around real support scenarios. These aren't theory-heavy lectures. You'll work through actual helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot common system issues, and practice the kind of problem-solving you'd face in a real tech support role.
Our approach comes from years of running technical support operations in Thailand. We know what skills matter when someone's computer won't boot or a network goes down at 3pm on a Friday.
Early registration opens March 15, 2025. Classes begin June 2025 with morning and evening sessions available. Each program runs 12-16 weeks depending on the track you choose.
Available Training Tracks
We've built three focused programs based on the most common paths into technical support work. Pick the one that matches where you want to go.
Helpdesk Fundamentals
This track covers the essentials of first-line support. You'll learn ticket systems, remote troubleshooting, Windows and Mac basics, and how to communicate technical issues to non-technical people without making them feel lost.
- Ticket management and documentation practices
- Common OS issues and quick fixes
- Remote support tools and techniques
- Customer communication in stressful situations
- Password resets, printer issues, email problems
Network Support Specialist
Goes deeper into network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. We'll work with real switches, routers, and firewall configurations. By week eight, you'll be diagnosing connectivity issues and explaining DHCP problems without checking your notes.
- TCP/IP fundamentals and subnet calculations
- Switch and router basic configuration
- WiFi troubleshooting in office environments
- VPN setup and common connection issues
- Network monitoring tools and log analysis
Systems Administration Track
For people who want to manage servers and backend systems. You'll work with Windows Server, basic Linux administration, Active Directory, and backup systems. This track assumes you already know helpdesk basics or have equivalent experience.
- Windows Server administration and Group Policy
- Linux command line and basic scripting
- User account management and permissions
- Backup systems and disaster recovery basics
- Virtualization fundamentals with practical labs
How Enrollment Works
We keep class sizes small because technical training works better when instructors can actually help each student troubleshoot their specific issues. That means we fill up quickly once registration opens.
Most of our students work full-time, which is why we offer both morning and evening tracks. The evening sessions run Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30pm to 9pm. Morning sessions are Monday and Wednesday, 9am to 11:30am.
